Japanese rice Yukihotaka can be raised with natural water. The deliciousness of this rice is recognized in various contests. In February 2018, it was certified as the highest quality rice in the world.
When I tried cooking with 「Rakugokoro」, a juicy sweetness came out from the rice. I clearly understood that it was a bit different from other rice. Just putting rock salt in a brush makes me eat many cups!
